GAFFER / GRIP TAPE
Adding gaffer or grip tape to a hoop really helps to keep the hoop on your hip or where you want it to be. Instead of gaffer tape on a poly pro hoop, some people rub the inside of the hoop with sandpaper so it acts like gaffer tape and makdes the hoop easier to guide. Choose your colors and size of tape hear. Gaffer tape comes in 4 different sizes: 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1" The 1/4" & 1/2" sizes are the most popular.
DUCT / FABRIC TAPE
It is rare that a hula hoop has more than one color of duct tape. With the tape being so wide it is usually difficult to have 2 different duct tape styles so it is great to use for a base color/pattern. Duct tape is usually around 2" thick and has some gripping ability. Duct tape has quite a variety of styles including one bold color to many different patterns. Here are the samples we currently have in stock but we can easily order different tape upon request.
VINYL / ELECTRICAL
Vinyl tape is basically a quick color addition. If you want a 7 color rainbow you will mostly use vinyl tape because vinyl is the less expensive of all the tapes. Choose your colors and size of tape hear. Vinyl tape comes in 2 different sizes: 1/4", 1/2"
SPECIAL TAPE
Special tape comes in many different styles such as mirror, sequin, glow-in-the-dark, opal, color-changing, UV, prism, glitter, etc. These tapes come in a variety of colors as well. Here are the samples we currently have in stock but we can easily order different tape upon request. The special tape is usually slick with little to no grip and is 1/4" to 1/2" thick. 1/2" is the most common size.

TRAVEL HOOP
Our travel hoops come in two choices: the twist-down and the break-down. The twist-down hoop can fit through an airport security scanner and gets a few double-takes in an airport. A break-down hoop is a push-button system that breaks down around the size of a rolled-up yoga mat and is a heavier way to travel.

POLY PRO HOOP
Polypro hula hoops are made of a lighter and springier component that work well for a hooper that is advanced and rarely hoops around their waist. You can also decorate a polypro hoop with mesh (inside or out) or with decorative tape to make it pop.
